How do u feel when u get response to old discussion of yours?

No,I haven't met this situation,maybe that because I am a newer here,lol,but if there is ,I would be very happy too.

Truly a surprise for me.It made me more inspired to start new discussions though I have limited time here in mylot because I take care of my baby. Yet it is a fulfilling feeling knowing other people have interests on old topics you had started.Isn't that wonderful. Keep it up subha.

I think the fact that someone has taken the iniative to look at my old discussions is very thoughtful indeed, I have so many discussions without a single response which is a great pity as I cannot reward a best response and they sit there idle. So I am more than grateful for old discussions to be replied to.

Hello! I can't lie. I have to admit that I find it strange. Mostly because, sometimes, the Discussions I created 5 months ago are aleady answered. In other words, they already happened, the whole situation already passed and now there are new situations I have to deal with. However, it is good to know how other people would react to the same problem you had. I usually get answer to old discussions. I do not create many discussions, I mostly answer, so, as you can see, people will answer my old ones. Respectfully.

if so I will feel good,and almost all our old discussions seem be forgoten... hold a cup of tea and give those old good discussions a reply...

yeah i do sometimes, and i feel elated about it..even though it was a very old one somebody got the interest on responding them..

hi subha! ^__^ i do get responses in my old discussions. usually i would be happy and excited but there were a few cases that i was disappointed. because the discussion was too old that it is not appropriate on the current date and that i would have preferred it to stay on the bottom of my discussion list. ^__^;; and it felt like they didn't bother to look at the date of the discussion because their responses sounds as if they are taking my discussion as newly-made. anyway, that only happened once or twice and it was okay for me. i always appreciate all the responses that my discussions get, no matter how old it is. there's one myLotter actually who i am very thankful with because she answered some of my old discussions that i wanted to restart and she is suspenseful. ^__^ i am really thankful to her because some of my discussions that i thought were interesting but had been "buried" deep in my list are now kind of active. ^__^

Most of the time I feel pretty good about one of my old discussions getting a new response, though there are some discussions where I'd rather them not be brought back to life after a certain amount of time has gone by only because the response may seem rather pointless. For example, if I were to have posted I needed advice on something by such and such date, yet this date was gone and past for some time I'd think the person replying was only posting to make a little money and nothing more.

I am happy too when someone answers an old discussion....that means they are paying attention to the discussions listed below the one they are currently answering. I like any responses I get!

Yes, in case if it was not responded earlier, then as you I too will be happy. By god's and especially my friends' grace, that has not happened with me so far. All of them have gotten a decent number of responses. I rarely start a discussion, but if at all I decide to start I will try to make a completely new and descriptive one, so that people will find it interesting. Happy new year.=)

There's a nice "awesome" feeling that pops up whenever it happens. Its too bad it never happens to me though. But going through old discussions maybe a way for some of the "bored" members to find something to read or respond to on here.

yes i feel great when i get responses from old posts.i have even had requests for friends from them. i supose that you can not read all of them at one time,so you gradualy find a old post that you want to repond to.i have even responded to old posts that have an interesting theme myself.i am happy also .cheers sue

Well, it is kind of nice. I guess that when you are active, people look at your profile and might see an interesting discussion they wish to comment on. It might even rouse a whole new debate...

Hello dear subhal. When I have responses to my old discussions, I always feel very happy for it to be dug out in the sun to have more responses. Often one response to an old discussion would bring more responses to the old one, which is very pleasant to me. Thanks for your discussion, my dear friend.

After all that's my post and I'll feel very happy first. Then if the discussion was very hot topic or particular I'll comment on the new-come response.if the discussion I posted has few response in the first days and suddenly got some new responses I'll become very amazed.How can he/she get my discussion.What a clever guy I may think it of. In general,I'll be happy
