We already have 7 1/2 inches of snow since this afternoon and it's still snowing. I was outside taking photos. I just love the snow. We didn't even know it was going to snow. lol. Tomorrow is going to be cold. Only 8 degrees. What is the weather like where you live?

Holy cow! 7 1/2 inches of snow? Don't you kind of wished it had snowed on Christmas though, or maybe it did around you. We haven't had hardly any snow yet. I think mother nature's planning the douzy's in late January or February where I am. It's actually been mild here. A few days ago it was near 60 degrees! Tonight, New Year's it'll be in the mid-thirties which is average and no precipitation, which is good for all those folks deciding to be at Times Square

I just took my dog for a nightly walk. It's cold enough to see your breath, but no snow in sight. We had snow a couple weeks ago that lingered on the ground for a while, but now it is gone. Which is OK with me. My dog doesn't like to walk in snow. I also tried putting shoes on him, but I've yet to meet a dog who will put up with shoes. So eight degrees? You might want to make a cover to go over your nose, it sounds so cold!

Oh you've been spoiled! We have had snow since the beginning of December, but we haven't had more. It's just been cold enough to keep it around and not melt it! My shihtzu Katie actually wears her little botties so her paws don't get too cold!

Ok I am jealous, what part of the US are you in? I am in Ohio , Cleveland matter of fact and it is just cold, no precipitation turning into snowflakes of any size, variable or not ! We are not scheduled for any downfall till at least Thursday, that figures. Oh sometimes I really understand living in Cleveland . . .and love it just the same !

Wow! You have got more snow then we have and Canada is known as the "Snowy Capital of the world!" The weather here is pretty chilly, but having the sun out made a big difference today! Nice photo, will go comment on it right away! Happy New Year!

Thanks! I hope 2008 will be good to me and all of my family and friends!
We are supposed to be having better temperatures this weekend, warm enough to melt the snow so I'm pretty excited about that! Just hope it doesn't get icy! Bleck!

We're only just getting a light dusting right now but its definately colder than it has been lately..Apparently there is a nasty storm system working its way towards us here in Western New York and the temp is suppose to plummet by this afternoon and tonight.

It is now noon here in Minnesobrrrrr! HAHAHA! It is 3 below zero with
a windchill of 22 below zero. So it's just a tad chilly here. We still have about a foot of snow on the ground. But it's going to be in the high 30s this weekend and rain is forecast. In January in Minnesota? Give me a break. I want and need a foot or more snowstorm soon. HAHA!! Here's Buster playing outside the other day. He loves the snow a lot. He has a path worn out where the snow is not deep anymore. Looks funny too.
HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB!!~

We also had 7 inches of snow here in kansas. than 2 weeks later we got another 3 inches. I hate the snow and the cold and windy days of winter.Wish it would stay warm here all year around.

Wonder where you are? Must be in the states too. We are in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and we have some more soft delicate snow that is floating down to cover the Three feet of snow on the ground that is starting to get a little grungie. The kids would be out playing in it, but it is 17 degrees. Not too bad, but that darn windshild blowing just freezes your face and anywhere uncovered. The temperature is indeed suppose to drop significantly over the next couple days. We are used to it, but we still try to plan our activities indoor.
