Why does God keeps punishing me?

A good christiana doesn't ask God"what's the matter to you?".He punished you and it has to be accepted. But I'll be better than God this time and give you a plus rating ,how does that sound ? LOL

Really? Ha ha ha. I just couldn't how can that be. Are you sure it's God punishing you? I'm just smiling sir because your question is funny to me, I'm sorry.

Dear Aussies....what are your thoughts on Quantum physics ? I am also a seeker of Knowledge. I love Science.

It is my experience , that when I feel that I am being " punished " it is directly related to an internal conflict I have within myself. So....for me.....to end the cycle of punishment.....I retrain my focus on to more positive issues. I seek happiness and peace ; therefore, I must receive it. So the real issue....is.....resolving the source of my internal conflict. Now ask yourself.....How much Value do you place on a rating on the internet ?

God is testing your strength.He wants to know upto what amount of suffering you are ready to take in the quest for your honesty.:-D

I'm pertty new to the sight so don't much about it yet. But as far as God punishing you for something, God doesn't punish us for no reason, if we do something wrong we get punished its as simiple as that. Somethimes we do things wrong and don't realiae we do it and that is because in the daily rush we forget to ask God for his guidence and do things on our own instead. We need to ask God for guidence in everything we do.

I did have 10 stars for a long time then it even went down to 6 when I started responding about topics on God, Holy Bible, religion and related matters. But this is definitely not a punishment from God. Jeremiah complained to God similarly and God answered him. Read the book of Jeremias in the Old Testament to know more of the reasons for these seemingly punishment that we consider.

What? Is that happening Aussies? That's just terrible. I'll admit now I was hitting all plusses for that last discussion. Unfortunately I can see why some people may hit negatives for that (and plenty of other discussions). Don't know what else to say since I too deal with star rating vandalizers. I just keep going and posting.

hello there to U...yeah, you're right, GOD was supposed to forgive... GOD is so merciful to forgive our sins if we are willing to repent for all the wrong things that we've done in our lives... HE is knocking at our doors giving us a chance to repent and ask HIM for forgiveness...so we should open our doors for HIM and give HIM the chance to be part and be the center of our lives...but if we refuse to do so, then it's our problem why GOD is being far away from us...we should realize to that GOD is punishing us for us to remember HIM and stop doing wrong in our lives...and to love our GOD so faithful and true...according to Hebrews 12:5-8 And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the LORD, nor faint when thou art rebuked of HIM: For whom the LORD loveth HE chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom HE receiveth. If ye endure chastening, GOD dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye not HIS sons...so in other words, GOD is punishing us for some reasons, for us to be partakers of HIS holiness, for us to become the true sons of GOD...it's for our own benefits, or profits, why HE's punishing us, for us to have a good direction of our lives...i supossed your biological father do punished you at times when you was still a kid whenever you do something wrong or something your dad dislikes right? so, in the other hand, GOD is also punishing HIS sons, daughters, for us to become a good person rightly professing the good works and the will of GOD...so don't be sad or feel disappointed whenever GOD punishes you at times...it's just that GOD loves you and HE doesn't want you to go astray or be far away from HIM for doing bad works...just open your eyes, your heart, your mind, and be willing to let GOD enter in your door and be with you staying and loving you forever...i hope you will be matured enough to see that it's not GOD that's taking your star rating...i hope too, you will free your mind from those bad influences that hindering you to serve and love our GOD with all of your heart...be thankful for whatever you have in your life, for all the blessings, and graces that GOD had given you...be not blinded by sin and be not peevish or having lots of complaint for whatever bad is happening in your life...have a blessed day ahead of U...may GOD BLESS U & UR family always!!!

hi there Aussies2007 i am from Australia too and i don't think god ias punishing us because of star rating thats just being silly i was 9 before and now i am 6 so i don't complain about the star its not god fault we always blame god and we should not complain and anyways thanks for this discussion and happy posting
