why do tears break promises

no matter how many times we promise ourselves we are not going to cry
no matter how many time we go over how we are not gonna let one drop fall down
no matter how many times we try to blink it away
no matter how many times we try to rub it out like a grain of sand
no matter how many times we try to act natural
we can never keep our promise that we won't shed a tear
because no matter what it hurts...

Why not cry? There's nothing wrong with crying. Let it out! Crying can be beneficial it's a natural stress release. You feel better after a good cry. Why keep all that bottled up inside. There's nothing wrong with being emotional that's what humans do.

I guess that many se crying as an act of weakness, that is sad because its not healthy to lock up lots of sh*t inside of you. Think what would happen if you no longer could dump leftover stuff from your body, i can promise bad stuff would happen out of that.
Its better to let it out than to hold it until it explodes in your face, if Jesus cried why can't we.

Hello
I have a habit of saying that I'm not going
to cry, but sometimes you just can't stop the
tears from falling.
