Are written exams best criteria to judge a person's talent

All people are not same . Do you think that a exams taken with paper and pencil can always judge a person's talent. In our universities written exams are assumed to be the way to judge a person's abilities.

vi3txchris god can't just baby us around. just because god doesn't show up and make the planet 3 times bigger doesnt mean he isnt there. he gave us free will. and unless you can see into the future you can't know if this isnt part of the grand plan.
