Whats your favorite vegetable?

I would have to say mine would be any kind of greens. My youngest daughter loves black eyed peas.

I think that i'd have to say... i really like carrots cooked, and broccoli, but my favourite would have to be... is rice a veggie ? lol if it isn't then sweet potato and cabbage would be tied. But i can't eat too much cabbage or no one will want to spend any time anywhere near me :P

LOL! I know thats right. I also like candy yams, there is a tie between greens and yams. Speaking of which...i need to cook me some. Thanks for responding!

I don't care too much for greens,other than spinach and carrots.These I could eat anytime.

I love carrots...I like them fresh with or w/out dip, in stir fry, stew, breads, cakes, cookies...
