1000-1200 posts per month or happy 5000?

Even though the mylot calendar rounds up too much (I've really been here four months not five) supposedly I'm at 1000-1300 posts per month. That's... something to think about even for me at times. Now I've finally reached 5000 after so many odd outcomes and even some 220% moments when giving responses (not the usual 120%). Now then, here's to more posting and a few things I thought of. Should I stop with creating discussions? People are saying there aren't enough, but are somehow bored either way. Well, maybe some people are just reading them and don't respond at all. I've heard that one from a few, but not many. *shrugs* Should I slow down on responses? Well, I can't use the nice weather as a quick getaway excuse (thanks winter...-_-). Maybe there are other things to do. But even then I still keep up on a lot of hobbies. Maybe I should focus on interest levels? Anything else you can think of or want to say, post it here. Until next time.

are you taking it as a earning opportunity, then i guess this may not be the right place for you.

Fail. Any look at my discussions, responses and best responses proves I'm not here for earning. -_-

You really work hard here. I think it is too difficult for me to have 1000 posts in a month. Perhaps I don't enough time to do so.

*Salute* to you as well Youless. You are working and taking care of yourself with family. I just say post as you will and interact with mylot as you want, but those should go without saying. I don't know if I work that hard on mylot, but there's plenty of nights where there is a lot to discuss and I can get into the fray pretty quick. Take care Youless!

Congratulations on your 5000!! I think you should do whatever you want to do and never mind what others say they want. Personally I enjoy your discussions and your responses - both are always interesting. And of course after your wonderful response on my discussion you are now officially my favourite myLotter!!

I've seen lots of great responses you've made to others which is why, as I've said to you before, I don't understand why your star rating isn't at least a 9 or ideally a 10. However, as I know you are smart enough to realise, the problem is you have strong opinions about some things and are not afraid to express them. Some people can't handle that. I've also noticed from some of your responses that you don't suffer fools gladly and myLot, just as in real life, has it's fair share of those I'm afraid! But you can't please everyone so why not just please yourself!

*blush* Well now I REALLY have to stay :) And I'm glad you enjoyed all the help Stiletto. Its actually not the first time I've gone that far with a response. If its still up, you could check "How do we FIX it" for another example. And to extents Sacmom's discussion on computers has some of the same type of responding too. I think most times I do 120% stuff, but if I'm really in the mood (or zone, or whatever it should be called =P)its way beyond that. Like somewhere in the 10,000s :D Thanks so much for the comments!

Wow, that is a lot of posts per month Pro! I think you need to get out more as you spend WAY too much time here. heehee Only kidding with you, of course, my friend. :) Only you can decide if you should stop posting so much, whether it is starting discussions, replying to them, or both. It is no ones business, but your own if you want to keep up at the rate you are going. I on the other hand would have mylot burnout if I were to post as much as you. LOL I know I don't always respond to your discussions. That is because I average maybe 10 responses a day and with having over 600 friends it is impossible to get to them all in a days time. I'm never able to catch up to them all at the rate I am going. So I normally respond to those discussions from my friends or from today's top discussions that tend to catch my eye. Otherwise I do skip over it. Sorry, that's the only way I can mylot. And it works for me. :)

I visited my medical staff the other day. They gave me a booster shot consisting of this 20 ccs "Helping People" 20 ccs "Truth and Responding" 10 ccs "Silliness" 10 ccs "Addiction breaker" 10 ccs "Agent X" 10 ccs "Random" Hmm... maybe I should have asked what the last two were :D

Eh? That's fine, that's what I was looking for. Everyone's doing their own thing on the lot, its expected. I'm due for a breather here or there I guess. I don't think I'll be able to pull away from the lot. Maybe I'm an addict? =P

Do what you feel you want! Even if you repeat a discussion, there are new people and you make new friends and may get some different responses and different approaches to things- new insight- that type of thing. I'm never bored on here, I can always find something to talk about just for the sake of talking. Keep going hun!

I am new to MYlot, joined yesterday...I do like it though very interesting! It's winter here as well, FREEZING! I'm in Canada! haha so of course it's cold here! Although there are days when it's warm. Anyhow! I just wanted to know if it was worth my time to spend like an hour or two a day posting??? other than people LOVING my responses of course! HAHA ;)

You do extremely entertaining discussions. Some though are on the level of my genius mother. I read them, but have no response because I am but a human. And one not trained with a scientific or mechanical mind such as yours. But hey, you bring a little 'smartness' to my day. Now doesn't that make it all worthwhile? : )

I think you should just do whatever you want here and not listen to what other people say...of course that's me telling you what to do and contradicting myself. That is a lot of posting. I'm at less than 300 a month on average (which doesn't exactly make sense to me) whether you count the 12 months mylot says I've been here or the 11 months I really have been here.

Well as long as you are enjoying yourself I think that's what really matters. I guess everyone's got their own way of approaching mylot, and there's nothing wrong with it (as long as its nothing annoying or rulebreaking). Back to mylotting for me!

I am enjoying it I was just sure I'd posted more than that average...I guess maybe it's right since I do take days off an that would drop it down. Ten a day just sounds REALLT low for as hard as I think I work lol.

My postings have been much less than I would like lately, progamer, mainly due to problems with my computer. Hopefully, I am now back on the right track, and can get back up to speed. Coming on MyLot is almost the equivalent to having a REAL job, lol. I guess you get out of it what you put into it. My record has not been very impressive lately, but I am striving to work harder and eventually make a payout in the near future.

And just as I posted this discussion more stuff in real life and other events come up! Seems my mylot time will take a bit of a hit, but nothing extreme. Hope you get back in gear on Mylot too World. We need to see more comments and interesting discussions!

Hello dear the programer. I have to say that you are really great at Mylot as I can often see your posts shoot up in a very short time. You could be away from Mylot for some days because of some other missions to fulfill, but I have really seen your great progress in Posts increasing. You see, you have been here for only four months, which is half of the time that I have been here, eight months already, heading for the ninth month. I am sure that in another month or two, your posts will be on page one at Users by Rating. You have shown the spirit of the young, active, vigorous and effective. Please keep up, my dear young man.

*Salute* Thanks Will. When it comes to missions I can handle those when I need to. As for mylot, I still want to be here. Sure its great having the milestones (what few there are) but all and all, I've not kept real track of them. Maybe its a bit over the top, but I think its fine to have events like this every once in awhile :) Now I'm off!!! *flies away*

Congrats on the 5000! I hope you decide to keep making discussions. I have always found yours to be interesting and original. Even if I don't always have something to add to the discussion, I always read and rate. With the holidays and all the travel, I haven't had much time to read or post but now things are settling back down and I am enjoying mylot again.

Ah, don't worry too much. My more recent discussions could put some people to sleep. I may show a little disappointment here and there, but its nothing major and I have accepted a good deal of my discussions are going to be this way. Mylot the way you wish Moneygc. Plus don't rush it, catch up on your own pace and time. Until next time!

Depends on the day. But a couple to a few hours on weekday nights when I get home. Other times I just get caught up in reading discussions and responding (time sure can fly can't it).

Oh wow,I can't do that just like you.The network speed is very slow in China.10 or 20 posts a day is good for me.I can earn 0.2 dollar from 10 posts, well,I think it enough to let me happy.I think that you should not so care of the number of posts, but care of your friends,I don't care of the number of posts at all.I am care of the quality of my posts and my friends, maybe you should change a little.

Indeed, and many people without as many responses come up with some great material for mylot. Keep it up I say. Its better to look at what the person is doing instead of odd titles. (Though I have to admit some titles and ranks are pretty sweet to have X3) Best of luck to your mylotting Lyn.

I guess that this would be a personal choice for you to make. I like reading through all the new discussions but don't often start a lot of them unless i have a question or find something interesting to say. I reply to a lot of discussions that I find interesting. If you like it here on mylot and want to continue writing discussions and replies, then go for it.

wow, you are one of the fatest posters that I have meet here on mylot and I slaute you for making many posts. I hope you will be able to improve your ratings, its a six and its not a good figure here on mylot. Maybe you have many too short posts and it has affected your ratings here. To get a good perfect ten rating you can try posting good and quality posts. You know here on mylot its not about the number of posts you make but the quality of the posts really matters.
