Cocaine Vaccine in the works

Now this I'll have to keep track of. It claims to not stop the real addiction (-_-) but it claims to stop the high people get when taking the drug. Even with my slight disappointment, I'm still glad at the research.
Specifically the vaccine works exactly like a normal vaccine, depending on using part of the drug to stimulate body production of leukocytes specific to cocaine.

Anyone think this medicine has more to it than just being a vaccine? Future uses and improvements perhaps? I also wonder about side effects. Not just to the drug, but also social effects. If people don't get the high from cocaine they may find their high elsewhere. Or the loss of the specific high may result in something much worse (violence, death). Any thoughts on this one?

Hello dear programer friend. This medical science is new to me as I know too little about it, but I am happy to be able to get some useful information about the weak side of my knowledge in this field. So I have got the idea that you are a scientist as most of your topics are related to science. Scientists are always all that I admire for their great learning in many things, especially in one special field that they are engaged in in their scientific research. If It can't help the actual addiction than I don't know what to say because, that's the real there, it makes you steal. If a cop catches anyone and makes them sober and puts them in jail they'll still have their with drawls. The addiction is what causes the people to become crazy and not to think before they do something. People who are addicted can be very dangerous. Hopefully in the future, It'll stop the high and the addiction. Hopefully they can make some sort of detox for the people who are addicted.
