how often do you apply body lotion?

a lot of people wants their skin soft, and healthy looking. others even want their skin to look fairer. me? all of the above. LOL
before, I wasn't really that conscious of how my skin looks like. I was carefree when I was in highschool and it was only a habit that I apply body lotion before going out of the house. it wasn't an everyday habit though. one of my friends said that we shouldn't apply lotion to our legs if we would wear pants because it would make our leg hairs grow longer. I didn't know if its true but I followed it anyway. ^__^;;
now, I apply body lotion everyday. as in everyday even if i'm not going out. even if I will be wearing pants. ^__^;; and so far, the hairs on my legs aren't growing longer. LOL its because, since I work in an airconditioned room, my skin tends to dry easily. so I have to apply lotion everyday. ^__^
so how often do you apply body lotion?

I apply it once a day and after a shower or bath.I use Aveeno moisturizing cream,it is the only one that i am satisfied with and leaves my skin silky smooth and full of moisture.

I also apply lotion after taking a bath. and then I also use moisturizing cream but only for my face. ^__^ and I also use a specific brand which like you, I am also satisfied with. ^__^

I use lotions randomly. I actually use cremes more than lotions, but thats every once in awhile as well. Its mostly used for the joints than anything else.

my mother also use creams than lotions. she usually use lotions and creams that would leave her skin warm for a long period of time. and she mostly apply them on her back to prevent cold from seeping in. ^__^

Constantly!!! When it's cold here in Minnesota then the furnaces run alot drying out the air. I have dry skin anyway but in the winter!!!!! Wow! It's so dry my fingers actuallly split. This year I have found a few new creams that really help. Utter Balm and another product from a company called Sween. Both have really helped improve my skin. I wear a moisturizer on my face something twice a day.

yeah, i've heard that a lot of americans suffer from dry skin during the winter season. well its good that you've found effective products to help you.

Years back I wasn't using lotion until I observe that my skin was not that healthy it becomes dry specially when the season is cold. I try to apply lotion and I found out that it really help my skin to become smooth and healthy I apply it every after bath.

funny how lotion makes our skin healthy. do you ever wonder if centuries ago, people really use lotion? ^__^ i'm sure here in town, people don't. i just don't know if they use anything as their lotion.

It isn't the looks of my skin that matter so much to me. It's the softness. I hate it when my skin feels dry and tight. I then have to put on body lotion. I use a lot of it after I take a shower or bath because that's when my skin is the driest. I also slather lots on all day long if I need it. And then again at night. I have very dry skin so I need to do this. My arms get real itchy if I don't keep putting lotion on them all day long.

i want my skin to be soft too everyday. that's why i really do my best to do my routine of putting lotion every after taking a bath. ^__^

Everyday at least and sometimes more than once especially if i have to go out or move out for a meeting whare I will be meeting many people

I apply lotion after a shower and usually in the evening if I need it. I love lotion and have always used it.

I usually apply lotion after I shower every morning. I don't apply lotion at night since I will only ne sleeping at home and nobody would see if my skin is dry or not. ^__^;;

i apply body lotion to my skin whenever i feel itchy and my skin is dry. this usually occurs during the winder because of the cold weather can leave your skin dry and itchy. i hate the winter season because of this and also because of the snow.

cold weather really dries up the skin. but i like the cold weather because its nice to snuggle up in bed and i don't really like the summer because its too hot and i don't like sweating. ^__^

u are one funny girl, i just hope u are as funny in real life as well, even i'm married of course happily but i hardly care how i look and what to use so that i can look better .....is not in my book i just follow the be clean formula,my genes are supportive and thank god i live in a place where there is hardly any winter or for that matter summer here it is always same so lotion cream are not needed.lol

in real life i'm a little different. ^__^;; but I can be as funny as I am here.
lucky you that you have good genes and that weather is not a problem to your skin. but looking better wouldn't hurt you so I think you should do some beauty regimen or grooming once in a while so that you will always look beautiful for your significant other. ^__^

In the winter I use it more often than in the summer because of the dryness in the air.
I use Amazing Grace face wash, body wash, eye cream and moisturizer.
I should use them each and every day but I don't and it's not like I don't have the time.

I use lotion throughout the year once or twice a day regardless of the season since its not only to moisturize my skin but also to protect it from the sun and hopefully, to whiten and soften it. ^__^;;
sometimes, its really tiring to all those routine, all those beauty regimen every night and day. sometimes, I would skip the routine too like you probably do. ^__^;;

I use body lotion everday. I use it all over after every shower or bath. I use hand cream several times everyday. I also apply extra lotion to my arms, hands, and feet when I go to bed. I want to try a anti-ageing body lotion next. I am thinking I might get vaseline brand in either Renewal lotion or Firming lotion.

I apply body lotion everyday. I need it to mosturize my skin and keep it healthy, smooth and fair. It is just like taking a bath that I could not live without. I don't want to look old than my age. That is why I take good care of my skin.

Mostly everyday. My skin gets so dry these days that I have to apply it mostly to my arms, legs, face, neck and hands.

I'll fess up to being a guy who does use a moisturizing lotion. But I have a valid excuse for it. Our water here is very very hard and so most of the time after a shower if I don't put some on my back and shoulders they wind up itching horribly for the next few hours. And I'm too cheap/poor to buy a water softener.

hi arkadus! ^__^ where do you live? and where do you get your water? is it underground water? like from a well or something? here in our place we use underground water. we get it through a pump. but i don't get itchy if i don't apply lotion after taking a bath. although i think, the water makes my skin extra dry.

so i've heard that winter season there really dries up the skin and applying lotion is a must. here, we don't just apply lotion for the sake of preventing dry skin but also to look fairer and have silky smooth skin. ^__^;;

I buy the stuff all of the time, but rarely use up a bottle. I put it on when I want a special scent if I remember to, but am not greatly inconvenienced if it is forgotten. I never heard that about leg hair, as some of the growth retardants are in lotion form. Are you sure that isn't just something men tell women to get us to wear skirts so they can look at our legs? Sounds fishy to me!

I use body lotion every single day in the winter. My skin gets so dry and itchy. It drives me crazy. In the summer when it is more humid outside and the heat isn't running constantly, I tend to forget more often.
I love scented lotions though. I put them on right after getting out of the shower.
