This is part of the report from Fox News: "Claims that Tom Cruise is the second-in-command of the Church of Scientology and that some scientologists believe his daughter Suri is the product of a sperm donation from Scientology's late founder L. Ron Hubbard are among the explosive charges author Andrew Morton alleges in his new book, "Tom Cruise, An Unauthorized Biography," London's Daily Mail reported Sunday." http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,320519,00.html "In an interview with the Daily Mail, Cruise's long-term attorney, the Hollywood power lawyer Bert Fields, vehemently denied the book's claims, calling it a "pack of lies." " What are your thoughts on this story? It doesn't do anything to dispel the rumors that were floating all over before and after Suri's birth that Tom Cruise isn't the biological father. Especially since it had been believed he was sterile since he and Nicole Kidman had adopted their children. I'm not bashing Tom Cruise but you must admit he's been acting kind of weird for some time now. What do you think? Annie

I haven't seen her in a while but I thought Suri looked a lot like him...maybe even more than Katie. I just think the whole situation is odd all around....and I'd never heard the rumors about him being sterile, just that Nicole had multile miscarriages. I guess that's Hollywood, lots of rumors and no one knows fact from fiction anymore.

Someone said that on TV tonight about how much Suri looks like him. I thought she looked more like Katie...it's funny how some people will say someone looks like one parent and others will say they look like the other one...lol. And now I do remember hearing Nicole had been pregnant when her and Tom split and had a miscarriage shortly afterwards. You're right, "that's Hollywood." Annie

I have this on my Celebrity News and Views blog. It was compared to "Rosemarys Baby" Even though Tom and Katie do not need the money. Cruise and the Church of Scientology are suing Andrew Morton and the publisher, St. Martin's Press, for 100 million dollars. This is how rumors can and will destroy lives. If they (Morton and publishers)can not come up with proof of this rumor then they deserve to be sued. And they should have to make a public apology to them for starting and printing this without getting all the facts.

If they can't come up with proof , I hope the book is recalled. And Morton and the publishers, St. Martin's Press, lose every dime they have put into it.

Oh god thats news.Whatever the result be poor suri is gonna have a hard time.Hope her parents recognise it and accept the truth so the child likes in harmony. Its hot news like hot cake it will be relished for some time and then it will get stale. So no need to be too worried about the stars. It is the child in question to whom my sympathy rushes too.God bless the angel.

I've never been a particular fan of Tom Cruise to begin with and to be honest, I avoid most movies that have him in them...he makes me want to punch out his "cute" little face..LOL..Yes, he just has always rubbed me the wrong way big time. As for the sterility issue..all I know is, is that Nicole Kidman certainly wasn't incapable of having children, as she is now expecting her first child. No disrespect to those who follow Scientology..I mean I have read a bit into it and all, but I always found most who follow this "cult" or whatever you want to call it a bit on the peculiar side, and Cruise is no exception..in fact this seems to be the "thing" to follow among many of the celebrities...but then..who am I to judge??..some think I might be weird since I'm on the pagan/wiccan path

This sounds like a bad science fiction story. Given the fact that Scientology was founded by a science fiction writer, that is my first thought about it. Considering that there are gold phonograph records and player out in the desert to ensure that Hubbard's voice can be heard by future generations (just in case, we blow ourselves up), it is not hard to imagine Hubbard's sperm being preserved. Better his sperm than Tom's, I say. ;)

let's wait for their DNA testing (or will they agree to do it?) to find out the truth. Suri doesn't really look like Tom anyway.

If its true it will bring about the end of the word! L Ron has kids anyway... they denounced him as a power hungry, money grubbing evil man!
