coolimrose @DaddyEvil Brazil nuts are still OK but pine nuts are absolutely a n no for me. Brazil nuts are great for womens health so I consume them when in the mood. Cashew nuts are the best of the lot but they are just too fatty

coolimrose I love sweet oatmeal. Never tried with egg though. Not sure I'll like that. Definitely a protein packed meal and it is so important to eat healthy. I like my oatmeal with milk sugar some vanilla essence and chopped nuts.
