So it’s official. Vin Diesel and Paul Walker are definitely returning to the franchise that made them superstars in “The Fast and the Furious 4?, and the guys over at Movie Hole has some details about the upcoming movie. The setting this time around is Mexico, where Dom (Diesel’s character from the original) is still racing for the bad guys, and where Brian (Walker’s character, from the original and the first sequel) tracks him down. The entire scenario seems to be a reworking of the original plot, with the racers providing cover for the bad guy’s illegal activities, and undercover cop Brian trying to figure it out, etc. One expects a lot of cool cars, racing, and hot girls to get involved, as is the raison d’etre of the franchise. Also it looks like Jordana Brewster will return as well. Who thinks this will be good? Who's gonna see it?

ARE YOU SERIOUS?! WOO HOO!!! I have seen all three of the F&F movies and the first was ALWAYS my favourite...the second was so so for me and the third (Tokyo) was pretty good but always #1 has been the best..So for "Dom" and "Brian" to be back and going back to the original plot is exciting IMO..I'll definately be watchign it with my kids LOL

I for one will definatly go and watch it. Vin Diesel and Paul Walker are good actors. I have liked each Fast and Furious that has come out so far. With the last one that came out "fast and furious: Tokyo Drift" I absolutely loved the drifting. I practiced and practiced it and have got it down to wear I can drift up a parking aide. It is alot of fun. With the cars, the racing and of course the hot girls I think it should be good.

I couldn't really stand the earlier ones, I did watch it and it wasn't as bad as I thought but I will pass this one.
I like diesel's acting, he's got more of an "action" type presence but I'd rather watch something a little more slow. I'm not grealy into cars, my friends all love the movies and will probably try and drag me into watching it. lol

Well, I don't know how good it will be, but i'll watch it just to see vin diesel and paul walker lol. I think vin must be regretting that he didn't jump on board for the second fast and the furious. He did riddick instead and it wasn't that good. hopefully this movie does better for him.

Heard different; it seems Paul Walker will be in jail for letting Vin Diesel scape. The Feds need his help to break into a heroine smuggler gang. Vin appears back - not sure he's on the bad side this time - to help. This is the truly sequel of Fast and the Furious with all main characters back in and picking up where the first left off. Furthermore, the story is supposed to happen before Tokyo Drift and show how Vin meet his asian friend Han.

I'd definitely want to see this one! Funny because I really enjoyed "Tokyo Drift" back when it was shown in the movies. I didn't like the Fast and the Furious 2 though. Hopefully this one turns out real well considering Vin Diesel is back behind the wheels! This is definitely a movie to look forward to!

Am I going to see it...HA! What a question! The acceleration. The speed. The cornering. The power 180s. The smokin' tires. The sound of 20 or more cfm through the venturi. The NOS. Ahhh. The language of love! I heard that there were gonna be actors in it too. Might pay attention this time!
