Best frosting you can buy at a store

Betty Crockers cream cheese frosting is the best.I dont even think homeade can compare with it.My family loves it.Oh I have to ask what is a cowboy cake?

I am in total agreement with you on the cream cheese frosting. It is yummy. However for my husband and uncle it would be the German chocolate frosting from Duncan Hienz. I don't like coconut, so that isn't for me. My daughter is torn between vanilla and chocolate. She is four! Give her time she will settle on one.

I like so many different kinds of frosting that it's hard to choose! lol I think my two favorites would be french vanilla and dark chocolate fudge. Those are both so good!! The french vanilla just gives it a little something extra that makes it different than just regular white icing, and the dark chocolate fudge is just more chocolatey than most. Yummy!

Wow i had no idea so many people like the cream cheese one! ITS SO delicious and amazingly tasty! My favorite!!! whenever i mention it to other people they just give me a strange look and say something along the lines of "ewwwww! cream cheese? on...your cake?? thats gross". HAHA its so good though and doesn't taste anything like cream cheese. I think the one i buy is by Duncan, sometimes Betty Crocker. The icing I (well, my mom) buys from Betty Crocker is the Milk chocolate one i think. That one is also to die for and has a pretty amazing flavor. I love it! =D

I don't really know. I think most canned frostings are pretty good. i would probably only put cream cheese frosting on something if I was making a carrot cake.

I like chocolate frosting. Or the cherry kind (I know a couple of the companies make it...soooo good with cherry chip cake!). When it comes to cream cheese frosting, I'm kind of picky and only like it homemade. My mom's aunt gave her this great recipe. We usually only use cream cheese frosting on carrot cake. I don't really like cake a lot, but I do love homemade carrot cake. My mom buys whipped cream frosting from the bakery department at the local grocery store. Everyone (except me) loves it. I prefer the butter cream over the whipped kind when it comes to store bought cakes.

I think the coconut frosting that goes on German chocolate cake is the best.

I too really like the cream cheese frosting but I also like the rich and creamy line of frosting. LOL I mostly just love frosting.

Chocolate =) mmmmm ... Especially the duncan heinz ones :) They have chocolate in like 12 different kinds! its great!! also, hershey has one i think that has little chunks of chocolate in it =) yummmmmyy!!
