I like to sit on my back porch with my cat or go around to my local park and feed the ducks, I have a favourite duck there he has a broken wing and I to sit down and hand feed him with all the other ducks and birds.

Hi flomikren, I like to sit on the huge rock by the side of the tranquil stream by the foot hill. The stream is not too far from my house. It takes me about 15 minute drives to reach there. The fresh air and the natural landscape there make me relaxed and to escape from stress. I can hear the lovely chirpings of the little birds and tiny insects. How nice is to see the fish swimming freely in the crystal clear flowing stream.

What I like to do when I feel stressed, is go for a drive in the car, and listen to music! Sometimes I go for long drives! Before I had a car, I used to take bus trips to different cities! Sometimes, I'll sit down to relax by watching a football or baseball game on TV!

I relieve stress by doing something challenging, like trying to play the piano or drawing. Climbing hills in a forest works, too, but I need to be moving to get rid of stress so just sitting in a park looking at the trees wouldn't do it. Oh, yes, cats are very good for destressing! Fortunately, though, I don't have much stress in my life anymore. YAYY!!

I like listening to music which always offers me a relaxing factor. But I do enjoy watching the nature and it's life cycle. It's always interesting how life goes by at a different pace out there than in here, in our homes. :)

When I am stressed, I do like to be in nature, breathe in the fresh air, and try to listen to all the things around me. For instance birds chirping, or a puppy barking, or the wind whistling through the trees. It does help to relieve my stress.

Hello dear flomikeren. Well, when I feel stressed, I would like to get out to some places either as quiet as in a mountain away from the city noise to enjoy myself or as crowded as in a downtown area where there are many shops doing different businesses for some shopping. After some time out, I would feel much better. Thanks.

Last Sunday my sister, brother in-law with their kids and I with my baby visited an ecopark within the locality. There were lots of things to do there like painball, camping, swimming, boating and visiting hatchery of butterflies and earthworms, fishing watching huge dam.As I haven't been so close to nature for a long time, my baby and I went strolling the trail with huge trees and variety of plants along the way. Then we stopped by the butterfly hatchery. Oh what a beautiful site, my baby infact held a butterfly and was so fascinated with its colorful wings. Then we stopped by to the fish pond, watched and fed the growing goldfish, and strolled more way up to an unending sky like stairs to see the huge dam. What a wonderful and relaxing day to unwind .I was thinking, when my baby grow up, we'd like to try fishing, camping and do the paintball on this same park.Quite relaxing day indeed!

Fishing is the thing I like to do when I'm stressed. If I can't go fishing, I at least like to sit by my pond and stare at the water. As a matter of fact, I'm going to head out there right now. I've been on MyLot way too long today LOL

When I want to relax I lay down and watch television. It will put me to sleep. Another way of relaxing is visiting one of our kids. I enjoy playing Keno at the casinos so that is another option when everything else fails.
