I got a new exercise bike for Christmas this year and I am trying to do more exercising, and juggle my work online and cooking, cleaning, bills and more.
I make sure to make time each day to fit it in my schedule.
Are you exercising more this year?
Is it hard for you to fit into your schedule also?

That is very good to hear. My dad had a bypass done and didn't get to stay with us a year after that. He was taken from us suddenly without warning.

Hate to hear about Jim. My dad had a bypass done years ago. My treadmill collects dust, but I am trying to give my bike a run for its money, LOL.
I used to like the feeling after exercising also, but it just doesn't feel the same yet. I guess it will when the pounds start to fall off, I hope!

Yes. I haven't got to do it too much recently. I have been very busy online.

LOL. I ain't getting no younger either. I have gained a little weight since working at home now and sitting in this chair typing. I make a point to get on my exercise bike at least a minute every time I get up to go get something done. works pretty good because I always have tons to do around the house.

This time last year I was going to the gym five times a week! I had a great friendly, family run gym which I belonged to, sadly because I moved away I had to leave the gym, I haven't been to the gym since last September! I've got to rejoin a new one in my area, once I can get my brain and body into gear I'll start again, I really miss it and I have piled the pounds on since I left!

Yes. I used to go to a gym too but we live way away from one now. I bought me a treadmill and an exercise bike to work at home with. I bought a tanning bed to help me sweat some pounds too LOL.
I have piled the pounds since working at home but I will get it off this year, I hope.
Good luck.

Just as you, I got a recumbant bike to increase my exercise. I plopped it right in the middle of the den. I ride it while I watch some of my favorite shows. That way, I get to watch TV and exercise. How's that for multitasking! Ha! I got some hand weights and I also do some arm exercises while I pedal too!

I have some hand weights also and I use those sometimes. I have my exercise bike in the living room right next the room where I have my computer. I have to pass right by it every time I get up so I make a point to get on it and go fast for a minute or so LOL each time. It is right where I can see the television also LOL.

I'm always excericising.
Genereally I walk everywhere, I spent awhile the other day walking to toy's r us and to the hospital and then all the way back. I don't do to much of other forms, sometimes I lift weights to build a finer tone but generally it's walking and doing some sort of sports.

Yeah. I get outside more in the summer, but I have to keep my weight maintained the winter months so I ride my exercise bike in the house.
I cut grass, do yard work, swim, ride 4 wheelers with my husband, fish and more in the summer.

I used to train daily when I was at school and when I did not work, but now I've got a demanding job and a partner and I have no time for excercise... I worked 120 hours in 12 days, including nights, days, afternoons and anything you can think of. I went out with my partner a few times, went out with an old friend who came from abroad a couple of times... I've sacrificed sleep in order to have some fun, I can't sacrifice more sleep to find time to train or I'd just explode lol

Oh my. You sure work alot of hours also. My husband works at night time so I work while he is gone and work on the computer. My daughter is asleep, so it is very nice.
I always go and ride my exercise bike as fast as I can go every time I walk away from the computer to go get some chores done around the house.

It is hard to fit into the day but I make every effort to get some exercise every day...walking, biking, weights... Even though it's chilly out, I try to walk or bike to the library, store, post office whenever I can instead of driving.

I know what you mean. I try to exercise for at least a minute on my exercise bike every time I get up from my computer chair to go get something done.
Wlaking is very good for you also. I have a treadmill but never make time for it because I am working online alot and have household chores daily.

I don't know, I got so much excercise last year I may take this year off :) Just kidding - it's winter and I seldom do anything special in the winter, just wait till spring when I can get outside and walk, ride bike, yard work, and swim.

I know what you mean. I swim, cut the grass, clean and you name it in the summer. I have to do something in the winter time to help lose weight or keep my weight off though so I ride my exercise bike every chane I get.

I am trying to. I like to think I set a good example for my daughter. As children we went on long walks with my mom. Right now with winter, I use the treadmill. As additional exercise my daughter and I turn on the stero and dance around the house. Good cardio, and good fun. Hope exercising that way gets her in the habit. And makes nice memories as well.

Yes. that is a good idea. I have a treadmill and an exercise bike also. It is hard to do much outside with this weather.
In the summer, my family likes to swim, so we get some good exercise here at home by doing that also.
