Are you actually excited from playing Runescape now?

This is a question I've been wondering about since the wilderness was removed. Remember that pulsating exitement when you ran up to someone in the wild? The mad suspense for just one second but what seemed like an eternity to you. Remember all that? Now it's ALL gone. Zero. Zip. Nada. Big ol' goose egg. Here's my question: Now that wildy/staking/merchanting is removed, do you actually get excitement from playing Runescape, or does it seem more like a chore?

I remember the first time I entered the wilderness. I was so scared, every time I saw a white dot on the map I either logged out or ran away. d: I do wish the old wilderness was back. I miss it. ): Also have you tried Bounty Hunter or the Duel Arena?

I still play it because my friend's do. I don't really see the point, since the reason I played Runescape was to level up and dominate people in the wildy. But I guess that's all gone now thanks to this update. My friend was going to give me full rune (t) but there's no way to trade it to me now. Thanks a lot Jagex, for only increasing the problems. -_-
