What the title says. Myself, it would depend on the situation. If the person murdered soembody, them yes I would turn them in. Anything less than that...maybe not.

As much as I don't like the Patriots(go Chargers), I don't see any other team that can beat them...Brady and Moss are too good. What team do you think will finally end the Patriots winning streak? And why?
