To be perfectly honest, I like Hillary. I know the Clintons are very good at winning, but do you think she will actually go all the way to the White House? I have this feeling the odds seem well in her favor. Even with Obama fighting tooth and nail, what are the predictions? Will she make it?

I like Hillary too, and I also like Obama and Edwards. Heck, I like the ones that dropped out of the race for the Democratic nomination. In my opinion the Democrats and the Republicans have opposite problems - the Democrats actually had too many excellent candidates and I'm hard pressed to find one among the GOP contenders even if you combine the good points of each of them into one person...lol. Sorry, I don't want to offend my Republican myLotters, like I said this is only my opinion!
I tend to believe that unless something really far-fetched and totally unforeseen happens this election is the Dems to lose. I'm afraid Hillary would face the biggest battle in the general because the Republicans would no doubt use every dirty trick in the book against her and the issues would get overshadowed by what Bill Clinton called the "politics of personal destruction."
You question was "Is Hillary actually going to win?"; well, that remains to be seen but it sure is going to be an interesting race.

I think the odds are slightly in her favor for being the Dem nominee. If that happens, the odds of her winning in the general election are harder to predict, not least because it depends on who she is running against. I think her odds are a little below 50-50 of reaching the White House. She is so reviled by a large part of the country that a lot of conservative voters will be motivated to come out to vote against her. But as you say, the Clinton's are good at winning, and consummate politicians, so the White House is not beyond her. It would be sweet to see her and Bill back there.
