After her bath today, my daughter was quite upset, actually very concerned. She told me that her 'butt crack was growing! It's too high up her back'!
OK so hubby and I burst out laughing but she was genuinely troubled! I honestly had no idea how to ease her worries other than telling that her whole body was beautiful and just the right way for her!
Anyone else have kids with crazy outbursts? LOL

Kids are such funny little creatures. When they view something it appears to be bigger than we see it. Our words offer them comfort and help them to understand the world around them.

I absolutely love being a parent and helping them through life! It's got it's bumps but it's all so rewarding!

That is so cute! Don't you wish you had it on camera? I don't have any kids, but my mom told when I was seven I didn't want her to leave when she tucked me in at night. So every night I'd pat the side of my bed and say, 'sit, talk, converse.' I do remember her laughing the first couple times I said it.

OH yes, having it on camera would be the ultimate however I'm afraid I would have embarrassed her with it over and over and over again in the next hmmmmmm 50 years! LOL That's ok, I have many more special moments on film! :)

That is so funny and so cute! Thanks for sharing this and it gave me a chance to chukle. Children do say the darnest things indeed. Can't wait for my little daughter to start talking then again, maybe not yet for she may talk too much and spill out more beans than expected.LOL

How funny! I remember when my younger daughter was about three a friend of mine asked her if the Easter Bunny had come to see her. She said no but that her daddy had a p***s. Where she came up with that I dont know but I was so glad she did it to a friend of mine. We both could not stop laughing. My daughter wondered why we were laughing.

That's a great story! Kid's always have a great way of saying things and different things they get concerned about. Last week I was telling my son to do something (over and over again because he didn't do it) and my daughter burst out saying "Mommy, I ALWAYS follow your rules, sometimes."
