Obviously it's only a patent, and may come to nothing - just a law suit if anyone else develops the same type of software. But it's a little ominous, don't you think?
Would you submit to the use of such a program if it were a requirement of your job? It might be used to ensure your health at work - but more likely it would be used to monitor your performance, bathroom breaks, etc. (Which I guess an employer could claim they are entitled to do, in any case).
