I do work out for a while after making a habit of getting early long back..but rather than any sort of hard workout as gym for guys or aerobics for girls i would prefer a brisk walk, which is not that hard and more effective in health wise..

I try to workout at least 4 days a week...BUT I seriously slacked off over the xmas holidays (which is standard for me LOL)...The only tips I can offer really without knowing you or your daily life etc is that every little bit counts...Even if you just do little things like park a little farther away from the door or take the stairs instead of the elevator or even just doing 10 mins a day then work your way up to 20 mins a day etc etc...Baby steps ya know...

No I don't workout everyday and really should. I am thin but should do some cardio exercising just because of my age. I move around alot and don't sit all day but that's not good enough. I do watch what I eat and try to lay low on the carbs.

I never really got into the habit of working out everyday; mostly, I try to get to the gym a few times a week to work out. If I can't get there, I will at least try a few times a week to get some workouts in, whether it's in the gym or it's at home. If you really want to have a good workout schedule, the key is variation in your activities and giving yourself some rest as well. You don't have to work out everyday, just make sure you balance your work.

Work out? Ha! the closest I have ever gotten to working out daily was gym class in high school. Luckily I have one of those metabolisms that never lets too much stick to my body. I need to get in the habit of exercising though, the weight will catch up to me in the long run.
But the only way to get adapted to working out everyday is to start as soon as possible and then keep doing it. It takes three weeks to make or break a habit. Once you have done something for three weeks, it sticks in the brain. So just get started, and keep doing it.
