I did what I called "My Yuwie Experiment". I wanted to know how much you could earn without scamming people into joining to make lots of money. I spent about 25-30 hours there, wrote blogs, made "friends" 409 of them to be exact, uploaded pictures, made comments on other people's blogs and profiles, and I made 7 cents!

Why should I ask someone to join if I don't think you can really make money there? I did read the FAQ's. As well as their pyramid and all that jazz. I did make some money off of the project, I have written several articles, which have brought in more money then seven cents!

Experimenting using Yuwie without referrals - what did you expect? That's why watch and read the FAQ's.

I just started nearly 3 days ago using Yuwie. So far I have grown in the numbers. You have to watch the movie and learn how you can grow in earning Yuwie. Yes they do pay! The truth is the pay small in the beginning! But it all in your effort in getting many referrals and how your referrals are referring others - which they level you in Yuwie called their Referral Tree.
Yuwie is a lot more stable and less of a hassle than Myspace. More creative and a bigger chance to blog and you get paid for people viewing your page, viewing your referral links and paid for those who have viewed your profile. The advantage of that is adding in more friends, because it is there purpose to get paid by their sites being viewed as well. This is not so the same with Myspace.
You don't have to worry about getting your site hacked or phished because Yuwie will not or they do not tolerate Spam - they are sufficient in doing so to remove because their report abuse service is on tack.
So far less than 3 days I have gained over 1,600 page views, over 120 profile views - already have 3 referrals and counting more.
I also use Yuwie to refer more people into joining Mylot and so far my referral list is growing in Mylot thanks to sites like Yuwie that make it happen.
Now if you want to know who or what has been receiving commissions or so in Yuwie, best you go to that site and find out about yourselves. I've already met those online that have - the way the system works is that earnings show every month during the 10th to the 15th day.
I recommend you join - if you want my referral link - message me and I'd be happy to give it to you.

I have been with Yuwie just over five months everything Darkangel said is true. The way I see it, you can work it now and see where you stand next year or you can wait until next year to join after the current members start posting proofs of payment all over the place.
But, to toss a bone your way, yuwie could fold up like a lawn chair 2 months now and you get to "I told you so" right in our faces. I can take it. It wouldn't have cost me anything.
Cheers,
Ed

You seem a little agressive for having been there three days. So far you are going on what you have been told and some fancy examples shown to you by Yuwie. I wish you luck, but you shouldn't be so rude to others till you find out for yourself how it works out. When you receive payout, then tell everyone about your great experience.
As for increasing your referrals to other sites by using Yuwie. I can see that. That could be a money maker, probably bigger then Yuwie itself.

I'm not sure how to answer your question Danzer, because I don't know what you define as great commissions. At the end of my first month, I raked in $0.13. After my fifth month, it was up to $6.84. Based on my personal efforts, I believe I'm doing GREAT.

Yuwie is a waste of time and energy. Their top producers (who have better than 20% of the ENTIRE ORGANIZATION in their downlines) aren't seeing numbers that come anywhere close to what they were promised. I was at level 10, had several hundred people in my group and was averaging $2 a month. And, just to add insult to injury, they keep modifying the payment plan making it ever more difficult to gain paid page views. If you'd like to read about my experiences, they are chronicled here:

Oh my misguided friend. I call you my friend because I hope we can do that after I say what I have to say. I am member of yuwie and enjoy it very much. Maybe because I'm part of that older group you referenced on your "FREE" page. I do not consider it a waste of my time nor energy. Actually, I don't get alot of things done I should be because I keep getting drawn to yuwie!
I don't know how many members are in the top producers' downline and how much they are earning and really don't care. That's not why I'm there.
You say you had hundreds in your group through all ten levels and averaged $2 per month with this FREE opportunity. How many of them were active? How many even bothered to log in again after their first visit? I've been with yuwie just over 5 months now and have people in all 10 levels. In the first three levels I can see, I have 19 on my first level (only 3 active), 24 on my second level (3 active) and 18 on my third level (2 active). Now one or both of those two on my third level are very active and doing something right to get referrals through the remaining levels. Maybe it's because we at the top bother to teach them the right way.
I bet when you were a member, you went around and requested as many friends as you could, didn't you? I also bet you visited their pages and left comments because you just knew you were going to rake in the FREE bucks doing so, right?
Did you know that YOU don't earn credit for visiting your friend's pages? THEY earn credits for your visits. You earn credit by visiting your own control panel pages. This is where most disgruntled present and former yuwie members get it all wrong. When you are out for the dollar only, you don't enjoy yuwie. You make friends with the other money-mungers and figure out ways to screw each other to earn a buck for yourself.
The people who are earning FREE money there are the ones who enjoy socializing and making REAL friends. A REAL friend will visit your page as often as you visit theres without regards to how much they make.
I've made too many posts here on mylot about yuwie that I won't even go into more details here. As a counter point to your EXTREMELY biased and one-side view on your FREE web page, I invite other readers to read the discussion I started titled "Yuwie Sucks...I Hate Yuwie...You Can't Earn on Yuwie" to get the opinions from both sides and decide what you want to do.
I have been involved in Internet Marketing for 10+ years and have learned to take the words and opinions of freebie hunter using free web hosting with a grain of salt.
You are new to Internet Marketing, will not succeed with free programs only and develop a bad reputation is if you don't slow down and take the time to learn my friend.
Cheers,
Ed

I had over 10,000 page views my first month on yuwie. I made .58cents. I have a whooping 7 referrals and last month I made a big...drum roll please.....15cents. If you are planning on making money there good luck because I have not seen it yet. I am currently trying a different site that just started up similar to them.

No one said it would be easy at the start, even if you did after one month - but it does grow more in the long run. Each month differents being paid per 1,000 page views. About referrals in Yuwie - remember so you have 7 referrals, but if your other referrals have referred others, causing a chain reaction then it links good to your referral tree. Sometimes people have to build, take the time, patient and in the end they can succeed. I know a person who has had over 7,700 friends on his list - so you can't imagine how much page views he has and probably his referrals - I don't see that to be difficult - because the more you contribute, the more you are an active member in Yuwie the more you will earn.

Out of those 7,700 friends I promise over half are not active. Not to mention most of the referals who quit going to the site after a week or two. Not to mention if it is going to take months and months to see progress how many people do you think stick around. Plus, half the people back door around viewing your profile so even when they send you a comment or something you do not get credit for it. I tell you what let me know when you get your first check from them so I can send my congrats out. Hope you arent looking for it anytime soon. Maybe you can use it towards Christmas.
