I was just perusing through my bookmarks and found this site.. I have read in a few places that it is no longer! Yet here I am on site and posting! What is going on? Is the site gone, or have I found a ghost town?

Edward A little bit of both Emma. mylot is still here but they aren't paying members for posting anymore. It's not a ghost town but a lot of the more active members from the old format have left.

Edward Hi Matt! A lot of older articles floating around the internet may be referring to older model of myLot where there were lots of exchanges of communication and members could get paid for their posts. Since they've changed to the new format you're looking at...

Edward Hey Pearl! That was around the same time I joined MyLot too. I made payout twice before they stopped paying. Once in 2010 and the 2nd time was last year. I was on my way to my next payment sometime in 2014 too!

Edward @owlwings Ahh that's great to hear! I remember my trip there during the spring of 2012. The only day it didn't rain in 2 weeks was the day I got there. I adapted though and didn't let it stop me from enjoying the architecture!

Edward Yeah, it's kinda sad. I guess most were just here for the money. I miss the categories that we could goto for discussions of interest. Now it's starting to look more like an article posting site.
