I workout 5 days a week. I do pilates and yoga with Denise Austin every morning. I love her workouts because she has a new one every day. :)

I have been sedentary for a few years since i work in a desk setting. . .
I have started recently to walk 30mins a day .. just a small step towards loosing weight & getting healthy. . .
so, far I've been doing it 4 -5 days a week, my goal is 7 days a week.

OMG...I should but no I don't. I have troubles with knees and shoulder 'hinges' and am AFRAID of falling. But there is a show on here called 'Sit and Be Fit', that I have done. It is helpful. (ya just have to DO it)

I'm trying to get back into a routine, but it's hard when things don't work in my favor (like scheduling, time away from work etc).

i go to the gym 5-6 times a week for about 30-45 minutes! I just started back up! I had a baby 6 weeks ago today!

3 times a week monday wed. and friday just started it 3 weeks ago (lets see how long it hold up) but it's fun i'm excercising at home to carmen electra's arobic strip tease and i love it. lol
