I am beautiful.
Do you know that? If so, remind yourself of this glorious fact every day. If not, it is time to become beautiful in your own eyes. This will require a makeover of sorts, but not the kind you think. Learning to love the way you look has nothing to do with starting a diet or reshaping your eyebrows. Accepting and embracing your authentic beauty means seeing yourself from the inside out. I love me, I love me not--I love me.

Oh yes, I am beautiful no matter what they say! Do you remember this song? It really makes my day when I listen to it. I hear other people change the well known statement to suit their desires. "Beauty is in the eyes of the bearholder" But i think the original one is correct. I love myself so much and cannot allow anybody to pull me down from cloud 9.

you really give us a good suggestion. perhaps we can not do much to change our physical appearance but we can really do a lot to change our inside. whatever we do we should have confidence. accepting and embracing our authentic beauty is a good way to help us have confidence.

yes dear.. we are all beautiful..
ALL god's creation are beautiful.
just remember to thank god the blessings that he bestowed upon us.. good health.. perfect working limbs.. a sound mind... a good soul... a healthy heart.. peace.. family.. freinds...
i keep reminding myself of how lucky, how blessed i am... i dont really mind the non-so-beautiful-face i see in the mirror.. i dont really mind big-around-the-middle-body that i see in the mirror..
knowing also that i dont offend anyone, hurt anyone.. live honestly... makes me feel beautiful and content.
peace.

yeah, that's right. No matter how great your appearance was. it doesn't means you can catch the happiness.

physical beauty truely is transcient. All things pass but a sharp mind and a glowing personality has its own beauty that lasts so much longer than anything physical ever could. I agree that learning to accept yourself is the beginning of recognising your own beauty. However, i do feel that the unkind words of others act to prevent us recognising, accepting and loving ourselves. I think until we are mature enough to recognise that people with negative things to say are really unhappy perople in need of help, then the barbs they send, cut deep and damage us. It is why i avoid negative people
blessed be

You are beautiful. From this discussion I can honestly say that and mean it. Your beauty comes from within. This is a very nice discussion. If there was a place on this site that allowed a mark for best disccusion started, I would mark this as one. Everyone needs to love themselves before someone can love you back. If you don't have respect for yourself no one else can respect you, and without respect there is no love. This is my opinion only, my friend.
