Do You Spend Alot of Time with the Social Communities?

Everywhere you go, you either people talking about myspace or facebook or friendster and other such social communities found online.
Alot of people spend hours and hours posting conversations to various people on their friend lists in these communities.
Do you feel that the social communities are a positive influence for you?
Do you think that you spend too much or too little time with the social communities?

The only social community that I spend alot of time in is Mylot. I don't have time to visit the others because I am too busy working online. My daughter visits facebook though. she isn't allowed in myspace or utube.

I'm a member of many social networking sites but only really actively involved with two. That's yuwie and myLot. I feel they are positive in as you can connect with other marketers and form business relationships.
Since both mylot and Yuwie pay members, what better place to meet other marketers. Plus you get to met other kinds of people and form friendships as well.

those people who cant express them selve to somewhere else they can easily say something and get the response back from different people from social communities
