There has been a debate about cellphones causing cancer through their radiation.. Is it really true?? Have u seen a person getting ill because of a cell phone??

Yes.Excess use of cell phone causes brain tumer.
But only if U use cell phone more than 5 hrs daily for a year.
That's very rare.
