I have a habit of having a cup of tea after getting up from bed before I start my day. Most of the people in our country like tea & it is considered as commonman's beverage. What do you like better personally, Tea or Coffee??

Exercise? walking? Yoga? medicines? gym? What is your pick and why? I believe easiest way to stay fit is to have a balanced diet and drinking lots of water. What else could you suggest?
