Is it fear of failing? Not sure what to do? Dont have time? Whats your reason?

I do run my own website, I have a few. here is one http://www.ebookorama.com this was a site that I used when I was selling on ebay, now I left them so the site has little purpose. I keep on meaning to update it and add stuff but it often gives me a not found 404, strange as other people see it and I can ftp etc just I can't see it so updating it without seeying it isn't so much fun and so I am waiting to see if the problem disappears. Basically the problem doesn't exist if I use a proxy. This is strange as I have this prob from BOTH computers, and they are in different countries!

You should try clearing your cookies before you try to login to your ftp or cpanel. That might help clear out those errors when attempting to login. The best way to completly kill a website is to stop paying attention to it.

It's really not that much. Under $10.00 will get you a domain and you can always start off with free hosting.

I run my own website and I also built it. I love to change things on it all the time. I use the Studio 8 program and I still do not know how to work a lot of the features on it, I have not even attempted to use flash yet.

Way to go! Does it make you money or is it just for fun. Is it something you can make a living from? If you want to share your link, I'd be happy to take a look :)

I run one, at quadium32.com. I got it for a Christmas present a while back, and have really enjoyed it. I am starting to do a little experimenting with money making on my site, and may start up a little side business there later. But yes, it takes a lot of time to run a website, but go ahead and try it people, its pretty fun and rewarding to learn about web design. :)
