What is happiness? What makes you feel happy?

Happiness is when i go into check on my sleeping child and she is resting. peaceful and i pray for her then cover her with the blanket, kiss her and know that there is nothing else that can make that blessing and feeling but that.
Happiness is when my husband asks god to bless my hands after he has finished eating what i have cooked and when i reflect that we got through the hard days and life is easier now alhamdulilah
Happiness is what I wish for all others around me and when i hear and see of their achievements even it is something like, passing with a good grade, passing a driving test, a birth, an engagement, I feel happiness because of their happiness.
Wish you all happiness to fill your life and the lives of others around you.

Happiness for me can be just the simple thing like going for a long walk in the countryside, breathing in the air and appreciating Mother Nature and the countryside, it helps me mentally and also helps me to relax. Happiness is knowing that I am no longer in an abusive relationship and that I am single and I am very happy being single.

happiness to me is knowing that God is watching me and he loves me. it is also a good vibe to have when things go bad and is able to persevere with faith so high it can never fall. also to know i have family that loves me and friends. without all these i'd be lost and wouldn't know what to do.

what really makes me happy right now is that when i'm watching my child playing around, laughing, making me smile everyday, that she makes me tough eventhough her daddy is not here i mean he leaves us..also, what makes me happy when my daughter says i love you mama, i miss you mama, take care mama, says thank you to me and she knows how to say sorry to me..infact she's only 3yrs old and i'm happy that she can say all those words from her heart..i'm so happy that she's growing healthy and smart..she makes my heart full of love and happiness..

i totally agree with you.. i also find happiness knowing that all my children are all safe and sound. i find happiness in knowing that we are blessed with good health, a sound mind, a peaceful surrounding... wonderful freinds and family.
happiness in seeing that both my parents are still well enough to care for themselves.
we are not rich.. i still need to work to help my husband with our expenses.. but i am happy.. i have good reason to live and be happy.

I feel happy when there isn't anything on my list of things to do and I can just spend time with my children doing anything from reading books to going sledding out back. I also love it that we all sit down and eat supper together every night at the dinner table and talk about our days.
