Ice Cream is frozen diary food. It is a smooth, delicious cold food, coming under the category of desserts, made from a frozen mixture of milk, sugar, butterfat, and flavouring. Marco Polo in his travel journal made the first mention of "fruit ices" or non - diary frozen deserts prepared in the east. He brought the iced, flavoured food to Italy from where the popular dish spread to France and England.
