I liked it somewhat. what i didn't like is the long pause between questions and answers. OMG, i wanted to smake the host the person looking in the sky for the answer to the question. The pauses to me are way to long and it takes away from getting to the point. Did you watch it last nite and what did you think?

I agree.. the pauses for "dramatic effect" were wayyyyy too long. I think the first guy is going to be in BIG trouble..lol. It was an ok show, but I think these people are dumb to risk their relationships/jobs/etc for some cash. Those lie detectors work on stress/nervousness.. they detect changes in your body.. if you are a nervous person.. well you get the drift. I work as a 911 dispatcher and had an officer tell me he took an identical test two different times and one he came up as lying and the other he didn't.. that's why the results are inadmissable in court. They are not fool proof and the results can vary so much.

girl way to long is not even a great way to put it!! i mean they were just out of control and so silly. even more so knowing that they have already asked these people these questions. so why are they looking in the sky for the answers. those long pauses made up about half the show. it killed me. and the second guy was just to stupid for words really. thanks for your response, it's the best (wink)

Yes, I watched the show last night. The long pauses are annoying, but they are supposed to build the intensity and the drama of the answer you are waiting for. After the questions we did see last night, I can't possibly imagine how bad the questions get if you go far enough.

the first guy was asked a few questions about his marrige that were a bit hard but i didn't think any of the rest of the questions were all that bad. although i personally would not put my business out there like that. to me $500,000 is not enough money to have business out there like that

The point of the show though is to get more and more personal and ask harder and harder questions to keep the people from getting to the $500,000.00 prize.

it was crazy and pretty uncomfortable. I can't believe the contestants would agree to answer these questions that could cost their marriages, their friendships, their jobs...that's not worth any amount of money.

The reason they have the pauses is for effect. The actual lie detector test was taken earlier in the day and the results are what is read on television. I think this show is a joke. What woman would sit stil while her husband admits infidelity? I know I would not. The other thing is if their boss is watching and they admit to wrong doing there boss could fire them. This show has got to be fake. There is no amount of money that would make me hurt my family that way. I don't know where they found these so called contestants. This show is just as bad as Jerry Springer. I had to watch it one time to see for myself what kind of people would participate in this type of show.

Yeah I watched it right up to the second phase where he was trying to win $25,000. I couldnt' imagine what type of questions they were going to ask him after that, but they sure were getting very personal. My husband taped the rest of the show for me so I'll take a look at it tonight. I too thought the pauses were too long, its was like, cmon already just say YES or NO man LMAO

I won't watch it. The whole idea completely flips me out. It's appalling and a perfect example of television in the toilet.

I watched it also and found it kind of boring, especially waiting for the answer. I really don't understand the whole game concept. Who are the 3 people sitting just outside of the are where the person answering is sitting? What were their purpose? I'm lost. I didn't see the whole show.

I have not seen the show, but I saw a commercial for it. One of the questions was "If you could cheat on your spouse and be guaranteed never to be caught, would you do it?" Now who would answer that one with a yes? You'd be in trouble with your spouse if you answer it yes!
