I see there are two religion interest, one that has the symbol that looks like a penatgram and one that has some Hebrew or Arabic writing. So how does one know where to put his or her religious discussion? Is one designed for all religous discussions and one for just Jewish or Muslim discussion? Is one for those who are followers of their beliefs and the other for those who want to learn information about someone else's beliefs?

I do not understand some of these weird symbols. I am not into the stuff the other one I was told was about. Unless I am writing a character into one of my stories, someone like Simon the Magician.

I already am a member of the one with the blue star, I just wanted to make sure that the other one was something I would be interested in, but I learned I had better stay away from it.

I believe that the star by itself is the star of David. It represents the Jewish religion. Then, the star with the extra symbols is the Pagan star of satanism and witchcraft. I was checking out someones profile the other day and they had both stars. I thought, now there is someone who is totally confused.

Thank you. At least I know what one NOT to join. I already am a member of the one with the star of David, but isn't the Star of David supposed to be yellow?

Hummm. Good food for thought. I don't know what the difference would be why there is two religion interest. I never have noticed this before, but I don't post a lot of discussions either and I respond from my e-mail usually, so I don't see the icons for these discussions generally.

I could never figure it out. I thought the one with that pentagram was for those who do not want to offend and the other was if you were either Jewish or Muslim.

I didn't see this, but the wording is probably different. Like for families, you have wife/parenting/daughter, each having a different picture. I have one on religion and right now the symbol is the Star of David. What is the other one?

The other has some Hebrew or Arabic writing on it. I figured it was just for the Jews and the Muslims since they use the Arabic script.

I don't know much Hebrew, just from the title on the Psalms and not any Arabic. All I know is they right from right to left.

Well there is Arabic and there is Hebrew. I don't know about Arabic, if they use the same letters as in the Alef-Bet, (the Hebrew alphabet). If you could take a screen shot, I know the Hebrew and I believe there are some here that even read Hebrew if you really want to know what it stands for...
