Oh MY GOd! Its the Worst Birthday I am having...

Happy Happy Birthday... this day isn't that bad... just think of it as additional blessings... but maybe if you inform them that this is a special day for you... they might give you a little break and allow you to go home a little early... But then there is still time so cheer up... something great will happen to you since this is your special day...

hi it was my birthday on the 25th of january too and i had a hellish day as you did!! was in hospital the weather was dry though, but discharged myself because of them being so inefficient-it took til four pm til i got transport home and got there at six pm the whole day had been a nightmare was it good to be home-but my son even went out to his friends in the evening so had no-one to even celebrate it with-i am a single parent but my children are now grown up and at the moment dont have a partner-my birthday in all was a disaster!-one i will remember though

Hi subha! ^__^ i believe it is still January 25 there so happy birthday! ^__^ even if things seem to be going worst, you don't need to feel bad. knowing that it is your birthday means, God has let you live another fruitful year. ^__^ i don't like the rain too but you can take it as a blessing. a greeting from God for your birthday. ^__^;; last year, i spent my birthday too at the office. they knew it was birthday and i just wished they didn't! ^__^;; i had to treat my officemates for something so i bought spaghetti and pizza. i spent too much. but then i thought, that happens only once a year so i guess it was okay. this year my birthday will be on a weekend and i'm thankful. LOL i'll only have to spend a little less because there will be only my family and me celebrating. and maybe a few friends if they decided to come by. ^__^ happy birthday again!

Happy Birthday, Subha. I've had some good ones and some bad ones but on my 60th one last year in March, only my daughter remembered it. She doesn't live very close to me, so I didn't even get to see her. My parents are in a Nursing home, so they didn't even remember my birthday. Be thankful that you have your parents to help you celebrate. They won't always be around, so cherish every moment with them. Ask your boss to let you go a little early and tell them it is your birthday. I'll bet they will.

first of all, many many happy returns of the day.. it will be a bit too much if i say 'enjoy your day', but subha, think positive. don't let anything or anyone spoil your day for you. Just take it all in your stride and look forward to the night meal with your parents...

You worry so much about your birthday. You worry about people waiting for you. And you are working yourself out so much. But if I were in your place i would be happy even though i am faced with the same predicament. I don't want o sound cheesy but the simple smiles hat I receive from people that I meet during my birthday is enough to make me happy. Think of what your clients think after you have served them well? Do you think they would just come and go? I think at the back of their minds they are thinking of how you have served them and how they want you to serve them all over again! Though they do not explicitly say that to you, I think you should notice that they mean that way by looking at the way they smile.

Happy Birthday! Yeah, as we get older it becomes just another day. No going home early =/ But at least your parents are waiting for you to come home =) I bet your evening will be nice.

Happy Birthday Subha. Sorry that thing doesn't turn out happy for you, but at least your parents is still waiting to celebrate your birthday for you. I had this bad birthday experience that is worst than yours. My daughter fall sick and had to be hospitalize on my birthday and my husband forgot all about it and I spent my birthday in the hospital with my dearest daughter.

Happy happy birthday to you! I'm sorry the day is not turning out as planned. At least you have family waiting for you at home to celebrate. And hopefully you don't have kids - at my last birthday my kids decided to put a candle for every year on the cake. There wasn't much room left on the cake and the camera didn't need the flash.

It really is like that when we grow old.. birthdays is just like an ordinary day... you can tell your parents as soon as possible that you will be late for dinner... afterall you can have a late dinner together and celebrate your day.... have a happy birthday!!!
