Rockstar Table Tennis

Hello all, Does anyone here havae R* Table Tennis for the Wii? If so do you find the controls make sense? I have it but my gestures with the Wiimote seam to have no correlation with the action of my avatar. Does everyone else have this problem, or am I just doing it wrong? Cheers
