Workout Routine

Can you share your workout routine? Mine is i start with 3 sets of 7mins skip rope with one minute interval, then start with a push up once rested, then bench exercises, lat pull down, butterfly, squats then abs... what is your exercise routine? and how many time in a week do you workout? is it effective?

chest press 10-12 reps
chest press 8-10 reps
chest press 6-8 reps
fly 10-12 reps
fly 8-10 reps
biceps 10-12 reps
biceps 8-10 reps
biceps 8-10 reps
triceps 8-10 reps
triceps 12-15 reps
abs 20-22 reps
abs 8-10 reps
abs 18-20 reps
