yes, I love sweet potato. I like it baked plain or made into sweet potato pie or chips or as a casserole topped with pecans.

I especially like baking sweet potato. It is my favorite cooking way for it. It smells so well and it's wonderful to have it in the freezing weather.

I personally do not like them, but my one year old daughter does. She likes them baked and then chopped up into little pieces that she can pick up herself. Nothing added to them just plain sweet potato. I have made pork chops with apples and sweet potatoes before and everyone liked it too.

I have heard of kimchi. It's a very spicy hot cabbage dish isn't it? We love sweet potatoes. I like them boiled mashed with butter, salt and black pepper. we usually serve them as side dish. My kids like them in a casserole with brown sugar walnuts or pecan and marshmallows. I also fix them like french fries in the oven.

yes i love sweet potato... we usually eat it as snacks... it's either we boil them (purple-colored variety) or fry them (cream colored variety)... either boiled or fried we usually dip them in brown sugar..yum yummy here in the Philippines, we call sweet potato "camote"

I buy sweet potatoes that come in a can and then put them in a casserole dish and put butter and brown sugar on them and then cook them in the oven they are soooo good that way. Some people put marshmallows on them but I don't.
