You could become a teacher and teach overseas. Many schools will pay for the flight on there and back. Jobs are well paid in the Middle East. In poorer countries that pay might be low but then so is the cost of living. You could work for an airline. I once worked with a guy whose sister worked for British Airways. He often flew to different places in the world and it cost him hardly anything at all. Air stewards and air stewardess staff get to travel all over the world for free. Working as a holiday representative is another good opportunity to live overseas in a sunny location. Working holiday schemes are a good way of getting to a trip to Australia or New Zealand that will not work out too expensive. Good luck choosing how to go off traveling and enjoy.

Hi there,
Yes that above person is right in saying that u can get a job in some good airline and u can travel the whole world.
One of my friend is in airlines and as a steward but then this type of jobs can be at times stressful.
The best way would be if u get a free trip of the world through some lottery or some thing like that.
I get some nonsense e-mails and sms in my cell phone.
Cheers,
tutul

Well, if you can land a job abroad that would be a good start... i was able to travel because of that... the company paid for everything... even the hotel... and gave me food allowance... it was a great thing... i hope you can experience that too...
Another way it to work as a stewardess for and international airline company... you have a great job that pays well... and you get to travel the world too...

Hey there...
For free places to stay in each city, town etc. Use www.couchsurfing.com or www.hospitalityclub.org - you will meet loads of cool people on either of them. If you do decide to sign up - check out my username on either.
I travelled for years.. it is unbelievably easy to get a job when you are in a strange place ;). In Europe, Mexico and Africa.. it is easy to hitchhike, particulary in Eastern Europe though. As a girl.. it would be better to go with a guy or another girl but I know plenty of girls who do it, just make sure you take some pepper spray!
If you don't want to stick your thumb out, at least try a free rides organisation.. like www.hitchhikers.org or www.mitfahrgelegenheit.de, some people do expect payment but it's usually cheap!
Also in Germany there are regional tickets or weekend tickets on the slower trains which allow up to 5 people to travel on one ticket. It is often much cheaper than the normal ticket, so there are always loads of people who could cover you on their ticket and are willing to do that. It's quite common for people to ask each other on the platform.
If you are thinking Europe.. then the cheapest flight is with flyglobespan. Normally about 150-200 dollars for a ticket. I did hear that UPS can take one passenger with them on the flights for free but that there is an enormous waiting list.
I hope my post helps you somewhat!

Traveling for free might be asking alot unless you are traveling for work. I remember years ago hearing about couriers that would deliver packages and fly for free. Probably not many legimate jobs available.
If you wanted to be a nanny, you might be able to go to another country to work.
Become a flight attendant.
I don't travel for free but I travel on a budget.

For free is difficult. There is always travel related business such as airline or cruise ships, thing is they don't go exactly where you want and you have to work hard.

Like you, I wonder too.
Hehehe. I also would love to travel around the world for free.
But if we want to be realistic, well dear, we work. You can work in the travel industry, be a flight attendant for starters - just make sure it's an INTERNATIONAL airline.
Then you can teach. I know some countries need English teachers and you can travel by teaching English.
Or you could also work for the Department of Foreign Affairs. Like be a translator ... but I think you will need to have a certain degree for that.
There's also volunteerism. But I think this is just limited to US, UK, or Canadian residents.
