lnkzi62 I often don't have much time for exercise. However, I can't loose much weigh by doing exercises. As a moslem, usually I do fasting and I really loose about 12 pounds during the fasting months. But I usually exercise once a week just to stay in shape.

lnkzi62 when I was at the high school until university, I can read a thick book, especially novel, in only few hours. but now..I can't do that as I can't concentrate as good as I used to. At present, it takes about at least 2 days for me to finish a book.
