well i hated my boss also.. till i became a boss... after that i start hating me for beeing a boss...after a while i start dealling with it... u know.. when u r employed u have only yr problems...when u r a boss u have yr problems plus the one of your empoyees...so... kind of hard and kind of strange...give the guy a chance

May be you are right, but isn't there any solution where both the boss and the employees are happy. everyone i know whos empled hate their boss, no body is satisfied. whats the reason?

99.9% people feel this. Its not only you. So dont feel upset. Bosses have a gene for that. Anyway, why is he doing it? Do you feel that he is just being an $$$. My opinion is, ignore him. If it becomes worse, I'm sorry, but I think you should find something else. But there is a hitch. Known devil is better than the unknown. So be careful. Good Luck.
