They are the best pair after gilchrist & hayden pair. they will dominate the bowlers like any thing . they should open the innings for india always only then india will get a good start.

I think Gambhir and Tendulkar will be best combination for opening. Firstly its left-right combination. Second they can give India a strong and steady start. Sehwag should come at no.3 and play his natural game.
