We have 3 tvs. One in our living room. one in our bedroom. And we also have 1 in our rec/laundry area. This keeps me from having to run up and down the stairs while doing the laundry. Makes time fly a little faster.

You are the first person I have ever heard of that has a TV in the laundry area. I have even heard the bathroom but never the laundry area. Heh. We NEED our TV.

I have 3. But only the one in the living room is frequently used. The one in my bedroom has not been turned on for about half an year.

I think that there are about three televisions in my house right now...I think my television is a ninteen inch and I think that the one in the living room is a twenty one inch flat screen television and the other one is a ninteen inch too....I really like all of the televisions in my house but I would have to say that I like the one in my bedroom best because it is mine and I can watch whatever I want to watch on it and not have to worry about others or what they want to watch and to me my television is much nicer!

There you go. A nice TV and space to watch whatever it is you want to watch. That is the best of both worlds there.

That is great when you can all get together and watch TV as a family.

I have one huge, flat TV screen. Funny, I didn't have it one for last 6 months. I may watch movies on when is warmer. Right now I am watching movies on my laptop in my bed....

I wish I pay attention to inches...maybe 15" on my laptop, I am so ignorant, never pay attention to it, but big enough...

You are not the only one who snuggles up and watches movies in bed. One of the reasons I got a laptop with a 17" screen on it.

We have 4 tvs plugged in & one sitting on the floor not being used. Both of the roomies have TVs in their rooms, and there's a 27 inch in my work space & another one in the media room - that is also the one roomie's storage & the "annex" of the laundry room.

I've been waiting to hear that. I don't have a TV in my bedroom and never have... ever. There are plenty of places to watch TV but the bedroom is not one of them.

I agree, but we are 3 adults over 45 with different interests. One of my interests is to NEVER have a TV in my bedroom.... The roomie I've had for 8 years is a science fiction friend of mine I've known for 23 years. The other isn't into SF, but she needed a place to live after she lost her house. We offered her a place to live & it'll be 2 years this spring so I guess it's kind of working.

We have 5 TVs if you include the one that's on the back deck that doesn't work :) In the way of actually functioning, we have 4 TVs. We have a 37" Flatscreen TV in the livingroom. We have a 19" TV/DVD Combo in the bedroom that's mounted on the wall. My son has a 13" TV/VCR combo in his room that's mounted on the wall. He mostly uses it for his XBox, but does like to watch TV before bed. My daughter has a 13" TV on her dresser in her room and I swear it's only been turned on MAYBE five times and probably no longer than an hour each time. She's not big on TV unless it's something we are all watching.

Ownership just one, mine in my bedroom it's a small black Sony portable which is right next to my computer, very handy to be typing away when I've got the television on! My father has a rented one downstairs which is bigger, he prefers to rent his tv and video, I prefer to own mine, up to him I guess, he says when it goes wrong they'll replace it, tv's don't generally have a habit of going wrong and with all the rental he pays he must have bought that tv ten times over! I don't watch that much tv anyhow, prefering to listen to music or be on the internet.

Sweet. You probably get a better looking picture off the iMac then with the televisions anyway.

I have 3 televisions. Two of the three are the old style flat screen. One is a 27 inch that is 13 or 14 years old. My next one is a 19 inch (which screen is more rounded) that has a built in VCR and is about 10 years old and last, but not least is our newest TV that we got a few years ago. It is a 13 inch with a built in DVD player. No plasma or LCD TV's for me...at least not while the TV's I have still work. :P

Most (if not all) of your 30some inch tube TVs are 32 inch so I have a good idea of how big it is. For most places that is the perfect size.

Since I am not so interested in watching TV today, so it is no need to have more at home. So there is only one TV set at my home. It's very interesting that it seems it is either off or my husband and I will have a different choice for which channels to watch:)

It is hard to have more than one person in a household and have only one television. It seems that like you say, it is either off or everyone wants to watch something different.

There are 4 tv's in my house. The biggest on is a 27 inch in the living room then we have a 19 inch in my bedroom. My son and daughter both have 13 inch tvs in there rooms. I would like to get a new bigger tv for the living room give my son the 19 inch in my room and give my daughter the tv that is in my sons room.

We just upgraded from a 27" to a 50" plasma and it is great... if you can afford to do it upgrade. It is most definately worth the price.

We have a total of 5 tv's in our house. Two are in our room; One for him to play playstation and the other for him to watch his sports on. One in the living room for me to watch while I am on the computer and the other 2 are in the kids rooms. They range in sizes from 19 inch all the way up to 37 inch (I think). We have one that is a console tv, very old, but we got it free from a lady in another town that wanted to get rid of it. The newest one we have is one of those flat screen hd tv's that I bought him for Christmas. So we have old, not so old, and new.

That is great... wow I would not even imagine having 5 TVs in my house but then again it is just the two of us so that makes a big difference.
