i just like to post..and the money is just an extra bonus
i listen to and respect all posters..if they agree with me or no..it is all good fun and learning experiences..who is to say who is right or wrong? usually the one wth the experiences will know..not someone who is in the fog..but the only dumb question is the one you do not ask..there is no dumb questions...lol..have fun and make money

Hi thundercats, welcome to mylot, hope you enjoy and have fun here. I believe we are paid for posting responses, starting discussions and adding comments. I post responses more than discussions. I will add photo if I have any that is related to the content of the post.

MOST OF ALL, AND FIRST, DON'T JUST REPLY TO A DISCUSSION BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO!
that is not nice, to begin with...(dunno if mylot would pay you for a reply like "yes, you're right" or not)
and, from what i've noticed, mylot pays especially to start discussion which will make users interact. i mean, start a discussion on a common topic, so that you will have a lot of responses, and it will be ok. ;)
take care and happy mylotting. :)

We are paid for both starting discussions and for responding. We get paid more for starting a discussion if we have a lot of responses on it. But the real hint here is to make your discussions and response long. For example, you won't make a whole lot of money off this discussion no matter how many responses you get because it is too short. You need to make your postings at least 4 to 5 sentences to make good money off it. I like to make my postings about 10 lines to make sure I am getting the maxiumum payout there is for it. I experimented two days in a row, last month. One day I did a very lenghty discussion, only, and I had 32 responses to it and I earned 7 cents that day. The next day I did one very short discussion and I had 36 responses to it and I only made 4 cents that day. I never posted anything else just to see what I would earn from them. So my advice, make them long. As long as you can. like this response I am posting.

Mostly for just responding to them. You need to make sure they are a decent length. Like 4-5 sentences minimum. Plus try to make them informative and not something someone else has already said. I try to make mine useful, informative, and use examples that I have been through in my life. Also helps if you respond to the more important discussions.
