to loose weight cardio exercise is best, get your heart rate up, treadmil, eliptical, ect.
I workout too, but to build muscle, so i dont do cardio

I like to work out. It makes me feel good. If I skip a day though it takes a lot for me to push my self back into working out. And that is although I know that I feel good while exercising and after wards I feel real good. But the actual exercising I like to do.
