what is your favorite dish?

I love the popular local food of my country, Nasi Lemak. It is just a simple concoction of rice cooked in dilute coconut milk, with chicken curry, pickle, spicy anchovy sambal, topped with fried peanut and a couple of slices of cucumber and boiled egg. I never feel bored even if I take it everyday.

it is hard to go wrong with Italian food...there are so many choices and the foods are usually rich and filling. I would have to say that Lasagna is my favorite, especially the way my wife cooks it...

I love to eat homemade pizza with lots of veggie toppings and salad.
