mine would be wet towells in the laundry hamper and one of my favourites, never replacing the toilet roll when it is finished.i think my family think that replacing the toilet roll is hazardous to their health,so we will leave it to mum.oh and those dirty dishes on the table and those empty cups, just walk themselves to the sink.what gets your feathers flapping at the moment

Dishes that are put on the counter when the dish washer is right there, and the toilet seat that is always left up when
its not hard to put back down.I have went to sit on the toilet rim before when the toilet seat had not been put back down and that really sucks.

My pet peeve at the moment, is my partner always making coffee on the bench and leaving sugar and coffee spills on the bench everytime he makes a coffee. It is also annoying me when my kids keep leaving wet towels on the floor, no wonder I have alot of washing to do.
My partner also has pet peeves, he can't stand it when anyone leaves a door or screen open. He is going to grow alot of grey hair soon, I know it really peeves him off. But it is really hard for a three year old to remember to close the door everytime she goes out the door.

I always fill the pitcher with water but when I go back to refill my cup, I find it empty. Why can't they refill it when they see that they have emptied it?
I also find the sink counter with water on every corner. Can't they see the sponge on the side and be nice enough to wipe the sink when they finish using it?
The garbage bin is already full but nobody likes to empty it. There is already a note saying "Please empty when bin is full". And it just takes 20 steps to put the garbage outside.
Oh well...

I teach in a University and my current pet peeve is students not listening when I give instructions and then keep bothering me afterwards because they did not hear what I said!
Thus I am now forced to impose punishment on them when they miss y instructions and end up either missing deadlines or submit the wrong assignment!
Another one is having to bring work home! Killed my social life, totally! LOL! Checking papers, having the students double check 'em before I can record their scores, papers that are bordering on plagiarism....shall I go on???

Mine is someone constantly complaining about something, and if they don't have something to complain about they find something. And lately that is exactly how my husband is.

I've tried that. He just keeps on anyway until I finally end up getting mad at the way he's acting, then we end up arguing. That doesn't work with my kids either.

If my children were still living at home, guess I would run out of room to put all my peeves in.......lol But I guess my latest one (and he knows it annoys me!) Is my husband will leave ONE SHEET of toilet paper as he thinks or says thats all I need. Not only do I have to go to the cupboard to get another one, (rolls eyes) but have to discard the empty roll myself. The nerve of this man! lol

yes my list with my children would go on for pages and pages.the loo paper and one sheet left for you,it is so kind of him.now you should make sure you go to the loo before him, leave one sheet and then go and hide the rest of the rolls and lets see how long it would take him to call for your assistance.lol cheers sue

I can relate to the toilet paper one, my daughters never would replace the roll of toilet paper and then if they did, they would hang it upside down. I like for the top sheet to be on top and not underneath. I don't have to worry about that now, that they both have moved out. I also noticed that I don't use nearly as much toilet paper as I did with both of them there. LOL

Right now being 33 weeks pregnant just about everything to me is a pet peeve lol. What I really hate is that noone in my house can put the garbage in the garbage can. Its 2 feet from the table, but the garbage will make it to the table, just not the can. Also when my hubby comes home and throws his clothes on the bedroom floor right BESIDE the laundry basket. Is it that much trouble to put it IN the laundry basket. I could go on for hours LOL
