Congratulations, and I hope that you continue writing.
Thanks so much for sharing this piece, and the link to the site. I had not heard of it before but I will definitely have to explore it a bit when I have some more time on my hands. :D
Just out of curiosity, how long have you been writing?

Thanks ChesireKat =) & I sure will try to write more...do join the site if you find it interesting--you'll definitely get some insights in writing over there =) hope to see you there soon!
I actually have been writing ever since I was in grade school (in form of poems, short stories & journals), but it's only now that I'm trying to pursue writing some more. Hopefully soon I'd get to publish a book--wouldn't that just be a dream come true! Have fun today now =)

Congratulations on winning 3rd place at the One Stop Write Shop. Can't say that I am a writer, so I probably won't check out the site. I do good just to respond to discussions here.
May you writing career take off to places unknown!

I just read The Alchemist. So it was ... a real triumph and I love your analogy of the tears turning into diamond crystals of determination.
