The story behind Cloverfield is your typical monster destroys the city movie. However the whole movie is shot from the point of view of one of the characters. The movie personally didn't make me sick, but a lot of people I know got really sick from all the shaky camera movements. Leading up to the movie, there was an online ARG (Alternate Reality Game) marketing campaign which revealed different clues about the movie and also explained a lot of the mythology behind the movie. Information about the ARG can be found at http://cloverfieldclues.blogspot.com/

Yeah I saw the movie online a few weeks ago. I liked it the only problem I had with the movie was it was way to short ended at an hour and 12 min. Which is why I wouldnt go see it in the movie theators. But I loved the point of view just made it very realistic. Also I wish they showed the monster in some more scenes you really only get one good shot of him at the end which looked very cool. I hope they make a sequel but not from pov. And hopefully it will be a lot longer. And they explain about the monster and where it came from.

I liked it! The ending was original *Read on for spoiler* The end had that satalite fall, that was what woke the monster up, it was living in the water for millions of years. The end had a clip that said "Help me" : Reversed is "Its still alive" Look up on youtube for more info
