Which season do you want to labor your baby?

If it is possible for you to choose, which season do you want to labor your baby? I will choose summer as I am very scared of winter. The coldness will make everything inconvenient. Fortunately my son was born in June and it's summer. And it was winter when he was 6 months old. At least at that time he was already a bigger baby.

Well I pick spring because the baby would be an Aries or Taurus, two signs that are compatible with my own, Capricorn.

That's not bad. At least I envy you to have a warm temperature right now. I have to wear heavy coat even if I am at home now:)

I think late summer or early fall is best. The weather is usually really nice and there are no illnesses going around so you're not as worried with people coming to see the new baby. And once it gets cold the baby is a few months old.

we do not 4-seasons like you... but we do have a 'horrible' rainy season, where - when it rains, it really pours... for hours.. i have 5-children... but i cant really remember which 'season' i delivered them... i dont plan to have anymore... but if one has to choose... definitely not the rainy seasons... it's wet, it's cold... not good... (not for me) take care.

I always want to labour my baby on a winter season. But it is so hard to predict when and what season they really want to pop out. LOL

I wouldn't want to go into labour in summer...it gets really hot here. But I don't plan my deliveries according to the weather..lol My older son was born in September and the younger in November...and both were born in different cities with different weather conditions. Fortunately for me, it was cool in both places. Come to think of it, I'd think any season is fine as long as I have a quick delivery. It's hard in any weather as it is!

Perhaps unexpected pregnancy is the best:)

It wouldn't worry me what season I would want to have a child, I've been wanting to have another one for 3 years and it just hasn't happened.

My first son was born in April 1995 and my second son was born in May 2007. So I know that having a baby in the spring is lovely. The days and evenings are light and the weather is usually warm. Being heavily pregnant in spring is comfortable. My sister had her last baby in July 2006 and the weather was too hot for her to feel comfortable in late pregnancy. I would love to have a daughter and would choose spring or summer if it was possible for me to choose when she is born. The coldness and dark evenings in autumn and even more so would make things challenging. In June it is light and warm in the early morning in December it is dark and cold. Taking a new born baby out in snow or ice must not be as nice as it would on a warm spring day. Yes, being a big baby by winter time helps.

Since you have two sons, I can understand why you need a daughter. Even if I have a son now, I still hope I will have a daughter:) It'll be perfect.
