xoShannonNCxo I heard that it reduces the risk of SIDS up to 50% if you put them on their back so thats what I think is best. I do know of babies that sleep on their stomach and are fine but I just don't want to risk it with my baby.

xoShannonNCxo I think late summer or early fall is best. The weather is usually really nice and there are no illnesses going around so you're not as worried with people coming to see the new baby. And once it gets cold the baby is a few months old.

xoShannonNCxo I use to have a gym membership but I just recently bought my own equipment and I work out everyday on that! I do watch what I eat, I eat a lot of fish and chicken, and hardly ever drink soda! I stay pretty fit this way.
